Richmond is full of old, beautiful and quarky houses like this. Unfortunately, due to their proximity to a major urban university, a lot of these houses are in terrible shape - landlords don't bother taking care of them since they know they will be renting to reckless undergrads. We're lucky that this one has been preserved so well... It feels like It feels like my great grandmother's house with a Southern twist.
